How much greater is the volume of a 7 inch cube than a 3 inch cube?

Volume of the 7 inch cube:
343 (7*7*7)

Volume of the 3 inch cube m:
27 (3*3*3)

Comparing them:

343-27 = 316

The volume of the 7 inch cube is 316 cubed inches more than the volume of the 3 inch cube.
