Given : [tex]f(x) = 2x {}^{3} + 3x - p[/tex]

As x = 2 is a zero of the polynomial
So, [tex]f(2) = 0[/tex]
[tex]2.2 {}^{3} + 3.2 - p = 0 = > 16 + 6 - p = 0[/tex]
[tex] = > 22 - p = 0 = > p = 22[/tex]
