Solution:
first, we can find the wavelength of the wave, using the relationship between velocity, frequency and wavelength:
[tex]\lambda= \frac{v}{f} = \frac{95.0 m/s}{485 Hz}=0.196 m [/tex]

Then, we know that the distance between two adjacent nodes of a standing wave is equal to half the wavelength, so their distance is:
[tex]d= \frac{\lambda}{2}= \frac{0.196 m}{2}=0.098 m [/tex]
