24:1450 -> 24/1450
Let's do it step by step of easiest factor to find
An obvious one is 2
24/1450 = 12/725
Can't be simplified
Thus the scale is 12:725
But if 1:x is required we divide it out to get
12:725 is about 1:0.0166
