Someone who are considered To be savvy professional, would have an advanced expertise in a specific field. This mean that that person would know if someone is trying to deceive him/her on the topic related on their area of expertise. (for example, a doctor would be hard to deceived by salesman claiming a certain herb could cure an illness).
