Britain and Spain
The Treaty of Paris, otherwise called the Treaty of 1763, was marked on 10 February 1763 by the kingdoms of Great Britain, France and Spain, with Portugal in assention, after Great Britain's triumph over France and Spain amid the Seven Years' War. After 1763, France ceased to be a major player, Britain and Spain call the shorts afterwards.
