Agrobacterium Tumefaciens which is also called as A.Tumefaciens is inserted into plant DNA to give the plant different traits which help produce transgenic plants. This genetic plant conversion is initiated by these A.Tumefaciens bacteria to stimulate cells and turning them into transgenic plant. This simple process is also low cost.
