Sudan III and Iodine's test.

In potato chips there are two nutrients, lipids and carbohydrates, that can be detected through these tests.
The iodine's test is to detect starches, which is a class of carbohydrates - polysaccharide, while the Sudan III test detects the hydrocarbon chains of lipids.
