Replace f(x) with y, reverse the variables (x becomes y and y becomes x). Solve for y.

Y = e^3x -7
x= e^3y-7
X+7 = e^3y
ln(x+7) = 3y (turning the equation into ln form)
(ln(x+7))/3 = y

F^-1(x) = (ln(x+7)/3

Hope I helped :)
