Insomnia is trouble sleeping or trouble staying asleep. The only really true care of insomnia is to sleep at a proper time for at least 8 hours. Normally the best treatment is to avoid caffeine, force yourself to go to sleep at a decent time, and if need be, take melatonin supplements. If none of these work, going to a sleep doctor may be the best option.
