Collective learning is the sharing of information and exchanging ideas through a system of communication. People but also animals communicate and share knowledge and together form the human knowledge - the knowledge that is distributed among individuals. Collective learning is very important because it is the way human knowledge is  shared  and passed on and added to by each generation.
