The differance is that clastic rocks are denoting rocks composed of broken prices of older weathered and eroded rocks , an organic rock is a sedimentary rock that is composed of  remains of plants and animals, and a chemical sedimentary rock is a rock formed by the depostion of material at the earth's surface and within bodies of water.
