4/3(c+4) + 1 = 2c/c+4 , where c is not -4 <=>
4 / [3(c + 4)] + 3( c + 4) /[ 3( c + 4)] = 6c / [3( c + 4)] <=>
4 + 3c + 12 = 6c <=>
16 = 3c <=>
c = 16 / 3.
