So, I'm guessing that youre trying to balance Cl2+NaBr->Br2+NaCl?

To balance this, the reaction would turn into:
1Cl2+2NaBr->1Br2+2NaCl

So now both sides each have 2 Chlorides, 2 Sodiums and 2 Bromines
