because denominators are the same you can simply add and then combine like terms
so added together you get (4x + 3 + 3x +4)/(x + 2)
make sure you combine like terms though, I'll leave that to you

Yes so (4x + 3 + 3x +4)/(x + 2)=(7x+7)/(x+2). That is the answer.
