 Machiavellianism is the deliberate, manipulative style of behavior that uses other individuals for personal gain.
According to Machiavelli, Nice guys will finish last.

He focus his study and analysis based on the individuals that managed to achieve the highest position by exploiting other people for their personal gain (Such as ruthless dictators or lying corporates)
