The bases of a trapezoid are 11 meters and 14 meters. Its height is 10 meters. What is the area of the trapezoid?

[tex]A=\frac{a+b}{2}h[/tex]
Area:
[tex] \frac{11+14}{2} [/tex] x 10 = 125m^3

Area of a trapezoid: .5(base1+base2)*height
A = .5(11*14)10
A = 770 meters squared.
