Each of the 6 sides of the cube is a square. The formula for the area of a square is A = s^2. A = 50 yards * 50 yards = 2500 square yards. Since there are 6 sides, you need to multiply the area of the one side by 6 which will be 2500 * 6 which equals 15000 square yards.
