We know that

Molarity = n /volume  (solution)

M1 = n / V1           -----------------------1

M2 = n / V2          ------------------------2

from 1 and 2

M1/ M2 = V2/ V1

3 /15 = V2 / 150

V2 = (3 * 150) / 15

V2 = 30 ML
