Employees cannot break company rules whenever they can because if they do this they will be facing a horrible consequences like losing a job, getting suspended for a number of days or being asked to pay for penalties. They can only leave their offices during emergencies, like when there is a fire in the building or after they asked permissions from their supervisor.
