The answer is very simple.

[tex]V=\frac{\pi\cdot r^2\cdot h}{3}\text{ }[/tex]

So the radius is

[tex]r\text{ = }\sqrt[]{\frac{V\cdot3}{h\cdot\pi}}[/tex]
