substitute the value of x for 5

(5)^2(7-5)+2

square 5 to get 25(7-5)+2

minus 7 and 5 to get 25(2)+2

multiply 25 and 2 to get 50 + 2

add the equation to get 52

so, the value of the equation is 52

hope this helped!
