1 lb = 16 oz
so 25 lbs = 400 oz

if each salad requires 75 oz and you have 400 oz, divide 400/75

400/75 = about 5.3

since you can’t really have a third of a salad, you will be able to make 5 FULL portions with one case

final answer: 5 portions

hope this helped!!
