what is an equation of the line that passes through (3-1) and is parallel to y = -4x + 1 in slope intercept form?

So we are given that the line passes through (3,-1)
also been given the parallel line, we can tell that the slope is -4
to make a slope intercept form equation...
y = -4x +11
