Given:

  • A force of 160N is applied on a body of mass 20kg .

To Find :

  • The acceleration of the object.

Solution:

As we know that Force can be calculated by ,

→ Force = mass * acceleration

  • Substitute,

→ 160N = 20kg * a

→ a = 160kg- m/s² ÷ 20kg

→ a = 8 m/s²

Hence the required answer is 8m/s².
