Yes.

Explanation:

Plants absorb the CO2 from the air (which we breathe out CO2) and break it into carbon and oxygen. They use that carbon as well as water from the soil to create glucose and ATP and release the oxygen for us to breathe and then we breath the oxygen in and use cellular respiration to create CO2 and energy from the oxygen and our food. It then goes back through the cycle.
