10x = 6.666…

10x - x = 6.666… - 0.666…

9x = 6

x = 6/9 = 2/3

If you mean x = 0.060606…, then

100x = 6.060606…

100x - x = 6.060606… - 0.060606…

99x = 6

x = 6/99 = 2/33
