All you must do for this question is replace the variable “n” in the equation for the number term the question asks for.

For example, in part a of the question is asks for the first 3 terms. So you would replace “n” in the equation for 1, 2, and 3 to find the first 3 terms.

For the 1st term you would do 3 * 1 +2, which would give you 5.

You do this for the rest.
