Diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease are the health issues that are present in our community. To control diabetes the patient should avoid smoking and maintain blood sugar by not eating sweet foods. High blood pressure can be maintained normal by exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet, reduce sodium in your diet, stop smoking and avoid stress. Stop using food with high cholesterol, stop smoking eat healthy food and loose your weight are the preventive measure should be taken to avoid heart disease.
