Answer:

volume of a cone = [tex]\pi[/tex] [tex]r^{2}[/tex] h/3

                          [tex]\pi[/tex]  = 22/7 or 3.14

              r (radius) = 8 ft

             h (height) = 16 ft

∴ volume = 22/7 * 8 * 8 * 16/3

                =  3.14 * 64 * 16/3

                = 1072.76190476 [tex]ft^{3}[/tex]
