The answer is 38.8

The average speed (v) is the change in distances (d1 and d2) divided by the change of time (t1 and t2):
[tex]v = \frac{d2 - d1}{t2 - t1} [/tex]

We have: 
d1 = 11 
d2 = 205
t1 = 3
t2 = 8

[tex]v = \frac{205 - 11}{8 - 3} = \frac{194}{5} =38.8[/tex]
