Jennifer is walking along a giant size number line where each number is a step away. She starts at -19 and then moves to 9. From there she walks to -15, turns around and walks to 16. Here she stops to count her number of steps so far. If she wants to have a total of 100 steps, on what number might she land on this number line?

9 to -15 is 24 steps
-15 to 16 is 31 steps

28+24+31=83 steps taken

100-83 leaves 17 steps left

Currently on 16 so add or subtract 17
