Answer:

The 25 th term in the sequence

a₂₅  = 56

Step-by-step explanation:

Explanation

Given that the [tex]n^{th}[/tex] term of sequence

aₙ = 8 + 2 ( n-1)

put n =1

a₁  = 8 + 2( 1-1) = 8+0 =8

first term a₁ = 8

put n=2

a₂  = 8 + 2( 2-1) = 8+2 =10

Second term

a₂ = 10

and so on

put n =25

a₂₅  = 8 + 2( 25-1) = 8+2(24) = 8 + 48 = 56

Given sequence

8 , 10 ,.......56,....
