Solve the inequality:

-12(12x-24)<144(2-x)

-12(12x-24)<144(2-x)

lhs = (-12 × 12x) (-12 × -24 )

= -144x × 288

= -41,472 x

rhs = 144( 2- x)

= (144 × 2) (144 × x)

= 288 -144x

:. lhs is not equal to rhs

hence , proved inequality
