3 - (2x - 5) < -4(x + 2)
-3 - 2x + 5 < -4(x) - 4(2)
      -2x + 2 < -4x - 8
    + 4x         + 4x
       2x + 2 < -8
             - 2   - 2
             2x < -10
              2       2
               x < -5

x ∈ (-∞, -5)
