Answer: The equator

Explanation: At 0° latitude the Equator recieves the greatest intensity of the Sun's rays year round. In result, areas near the Earth's Equator experiance mostly constant sunlight and little solstice. Between latitudes 23.5S and 23.5N recieve the most sunlight. Even though this area recieves the most sunlight does not mean it is the hottest since it is mostly covered by oceans that use some of the solar energy for the act of evaporation.
