                             15' x (1° / 60') = 0.25°
and
                             66'' x (1' / 60'') x (1° / 60') = 0.01833°
Add all the measurements in degrees including the 32° from the given. That is,
                                     32° + 0.25° + 0.01833° = 32.268°
Rounding the answer to the nearest hundredth gives us 32.27°.
