Answer: An expert is one who is versatile in a particular field of study or experience. He has a vast knowledge of such and can easily tackle every challenges that come from that area. He is been consulted when the need of handling the said problem arise and he only has the solution to such a problem.

The potential issue is that is that he study hard to get to this level.
