Answer:

There are some microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi etc that are present in the soil which helps in the decomposition of dead bodies of plants and animals. These microorganisms helps in the cleaning of the environment by breaking the bodies of animals and plants into small substances. These microorganisms feed on these dead organisms and releases nitrogenous substances that are required for plant growth.
