He hasn't yet read 152 pages.

Here's how:

He's read 41. There remain 152 pages to be read of the 193 total.

One fourth of 152 is 38. And he's read three pages more than that. Three more pages than 38 is 41.

Boo Yah!

Can I get a Brainliest award for that? :)
