The ratio of the volumes of two cubes is the cube of the ratio of their sides. From the given ratio of volumes, 125/64, the ratio of the sides of these two cubes is 5/4. Additionally, the ratio of their surface areas is the square of the ratio of their sides.

Thus, the ratio of their surface areas is 25/16.
