The value of [tex]\bold{ h(h(10))=10}[/tex]

Solution:

Given: [tex]h(x) = 6 - x[/tex]

To find: The value of (h*h)(10)

We know that, [tex](h*h)(x)=h(h(x))[/tex]

which is,

[tex]\Rightarrow h(h(x))=6-(6-x)=x[/tex]

On solving we get,

[tex]\Rightarrow6-6+x=x[/tex]

So, for x = 10 it will be,

[tex]h(h(10))=10[/tex]

Hence, the required value is 10.
