Substrate the 2x from 4x then is 4x-2x= 2x and pasa -13 to 9 but change the symbol when you substrate so then 13+9= 22 and then now you divide by 2x/2 and eliminate the 2 and the X keep alone and divide by 2/22 is 11 and conclusion

THE ANSWER IS x=11
