When forming a contraction between "does" and "not", the correct way to write it is 

D. Doesn't

This is because when writing contractions, the apostrophe (') replaces vowels, because otherwise the word wouldn't make sense or would be too difficult to pronounce.

Additionally, in the English language in contractions, apostrophes aren't placed at the end of a sentence.  (Unless used for possession)
