The man cannot be father of both those kids. He definitely cannot be the father of the one with O blood type. In order to have the O blood type you need the genotype for it(ii) which has both recessive alleles. The man does not have the recessive allele so he can never have a child with O blood type regardless of his wife’s blood type.
