Given two points (x₁,y₁) and (x₂,y₂)
The slope of the line containing this points is:
m=(y₂-y₁)/(x₂/x₁)  or  m=(y₁-y₂)/(x₁-x₂)

In this case:
(3,4)
(2,6)

m=(6-4)/(2-3)=2/-1=-2

Therefore, the slope of a line that is parallel to the line with slope=-2, it have the same slope, in this case m=-2

Answer: C. m=-2
