Unlike making a personal decision, making a decision in a group setting had the risk of experiencing disagreement from individuals.

Because of this, brainstorming in group session typically conducted together to ensure that all members of the group have the chance to give their input and the members could bounce up their ideas in order to obtain a new perspective.
