If 3^(4*3) is what you mean, then here it goes:
[tex] = 3 ^{4 \times 3} \\ = 3^{12} \\ = 531441[/tex]
If you mean (3^4)+3, then here is a different solution:
[tex] = 3^{4} + 3 \\ = {3}^{5} \\ = 243[/tex]
