For the first one, it's Theodore and Smith!
Theodore got 3 apples out of 33 students, which is 1 apple per 11 students when simplified.

Smith got 2 apples out of 22 students, which is also 1 apple per 11 students. Both equations are 1:11 when simplified!

For the second question, it's Lexus and Fiat. They look different, but when simplified, they're both 8:1!
