Answer:

y = 8x + 4

Step-by-step explanation:

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - (-4) = 8(x - (-1))

y + 4 = 8(x + 1)

y + 4 = 8x + 8

y = 8x + 4

The equation would be:

y=8x+4

because if you keep going 1 up and 8 right it goes on 4 which is the y-int (b) and the slope is 8
